Problem

The company deals with a large number of suppliers and regularly receives commercial offers for products. Trade offers come in various formats: emails, PDF documents, Excel files, images, or instant messages.

Before the system was implemented, procurement department employees had to manually open letters and messages and analyze commercial offers.
